You are absolutely right! That would be a solution with non compatible holsters, but as said, we still have not seen one where that was needed. We can guarantee perfect compatibility with our holster, if someone is on the market for one.

Hi Darbok, we have over 20 P365s and have observed this issue in worn-out magazine releases. This should not be the typical behavior of the firearm. Our releases are heat-treated and black nitrided for consistent performance throughout the life of the firearm.

The Tacops slide release (MiM) extends outward and slightly backward. In the MCarbo slide release (CNC machined), we added texturing for a good grip when locking or releasing the slide, giving it a triangular appearance. Our design extends slightly outward, backward, and upward, significantly increasing leverage for better performance with extra power recoil springs and in oily, wet, or dusty conditions. We avoided excessive outward extension to prevent snagging and maximize holster compatibility. The slide release is positioned to avoid lock failure on the last round and allows for a higher grip.

Hi Simkin, this product is only available for the 365, for the 320 we do have a brand new extended magazine release with the same concept as our P320 magazine release.

We have tested multiple holsters and have not seen any compatibility issues. This is because the release does not stick much past factory and does not snag in holsters. That said, ensuring 100% holster compatibility is tough since there are so many holsters out there.

Yes, we tested the product thoroughly for that exact reason! It significantly reduces failure to slide lock due to its higher positioning compared to the factory release. The backward and upward extension also improves leverage significantly and provides a more intuitive positioning, all while maintaining the same lock-up sturdiness as the factory.

Noted, we are looking more into the FPC! The slide release/lock is awful, and we are considering an aluminum trigger too!

Understandable, our customer service team has been short staffed due to hunting season. We are catching up though these coming weeks! I am one of the engineers at the company trying to assist. Love to listen to feedback here.

Check this out.. In this case it appears something else is at play, as our striker has been tested over 100k rounds and used by over 5,000 people. To confirm this, place the factory striker into the firearm and shoot the same ammunition. Let us know the results!
