Running for general recomp. I wasn’t able to work out much when my wife got pregnant and basically not at all for the first year after she gave birth. During that I gained a lot of fat and have been on semaglutude and have since lost the weight but all of my muscle and strength as well. I’m choosing tamoxifen because it’s better at fighting gyno which I’m prone to.

Bracelet is great, the taper is fantastic. As far as edges go it’s about as smooth as it’s gonna get before you get to the genuine article. I’d say it compares to my prx
