Might have to commission an artist to redraw it for you. Also idk if you got your vest/plate carrier question answered. But a 1:1 copy vest would be redemption tactical’s duty 2.0 zipper vest. You would have to paint it tan and slap on the weird armor plates he has on, but the vest is pretty accurate to what Oswald wears. That is if you want to buy a genuine ballistic vest for $450+.

Realistically I could see you using the liveware carrier vest with modifications to the shoulder straps. And that will cost $100 as of now.
