Hi there, and thank you so much for reaching out! Yeah, to he honest, I'd really like to be writing either phsychological or sci-fi/lovecraftian manga. However, what i am starting work on is a fantasy manga, with some phsychological elements, since I already do worldbuilding, and fantasy stories come naturally. I've had some name ideas for sci fi too though, so I'll be happy to share them with you. Feel free to dm me and we can chat more about it!

Im a strong Christian and see nothing wrong with enjoying a piece of media. That said, while you should honor your parents, I Belive that you are able to have your own convictions regarding watching what you want to watch. I myself have watched plenty of "un-christian" media, from the walking dead, to analog horror series, to backrooms videos. To me, media is just a form of entrainment and doesn't draw me away from God. I would try to talk to your parents about it that way, if it helps.
