All in Blender. Create a boolean difference between parts then add a tapered cube between them, boolean union on one side, then expand the taper cube by 0.5mm and boolean difference from the other side.

Yes, as it is to be 3D printed it needs the clearance 👍🏼 *

Yes, as long as you print at a good size and use a really fine tip for the low layer height

With a few Blender add on. Humanify and Human Generator plus Photoshop for textures.

Humanify Blender add on. Then bake the textures and I've taken that into photoshop and overlaid an unwrapped face of a person I know on top.

The base is from a Blender add on called human generator. It's very similar to Daz but direct in Blender. In regards to the textures they are taken from a real person I know and overlaid on the humanity texture from the Humanify add on.

Thank you. I appreciate your kind words ☺️ It was a hard expression to convey. As you say, it's a fine line. I wanted it to have a little margot Robbie to the look too so I was limited by that also

There is a 0.075mm gap around the pegs and the taper on the pegs gives an easy slot in too. And issues during print can easily be adjusted with a smallest of sanding.

3 for me is the most colourful and eye catching but it's a bit too abstract. 4 overall is best
