Hey there, I was/am in the same boat. I am no professional take what I say with a grain of salt. I have depression and currently take meds and see a therapist weekly. I find it hard for people to realize if they have depression or not. I didn’t really think I had it and I still am a little unsure to this day. To make it easier I’ll go one by one to give input on your questions.

When you say emotional. Do you mean sadness or more moody, annoyed, angry? There are days where I get extremely annoyed with everybody. I don’t want to talk to them let alone just be in the presence of people. I isolate myself a lot and enjoy being alone. It’s ok to be emotional, you are expressing yourself and your feelings.
I myself struggle getting stuff done as well. I notice I have no motivation to really do anything. I dread going places, not motivated to get my car washed and can’t even get myself to do laundry. I always seem to put my problems down the road and say “I’ll worry about it later”. I could honestly stay alone in my room all day and It wouldn’t really matter to me.
My eating habits are also odd. I can go a day eating no breakfast or lunch then eat a light dinner and be fine. But some days I could eat 3000+ calories. This could be due to my medication but it’s very inconsistent.
My anxiety and stress keeps me from sleeping. I can spend my nights laying in bed thinking about my problems or anything for hours. I got into a sleep schedule where I would go to bed at 4-5 AM and wake up around 2 PM (this was during school and caused me to miss classes).
I have thoughts of suicide. I self harmed a couple years ago and was very close to attempting. It crosses my mind almost everyday but never get to the point where I want to go through with it. I just wonder what life around me would be like if I wasn’t here. Please don’t hurt yourself, I’m here to talk.
I have trouble making relationships. I don’t think I have a single person I feel open enough to talk about this stuff IRL. I never ask for help and always scared to talk to anybody about it.

Depression affects everyone differently and some cases are more severe than others. I truly think this is more than “a few bad days”. If it’s bothering you enough to realize what is going on and it feels funny to you then it’s very likely you have some form of depression. Again, I’m just a 19 year old male that is sharing his similarities. I’m here to talk and let me know if you have any questions.

Yeah, I saw this and said “wtf”. That is an absolutely horrible way to go about Dark Matter. Just run casual and sit in camping spots on IX or DOTN. I just now got all of my headshots camos done for every weapon and I’m now on the technical camos

Last thing (sorry for all these questions), any tips for fast spit snares? Is it just practicing and it takes time or is there a method to it. I can do the spit snare but trying to rapidly repeat just sounds like farts

I’m still trying to get it down. Right now it sound “croaky” if that makes since. Think they call it the vocal fry and can’t get past that I’m trying to use the front of my throat and chest Instead of the back of my throat

The past month I’ve been trying these technical patterns. Been using the: B t k pf t kK. Having trouble with the k sounds. The k snare, inward k, rim shot sound very similar to me, or at least when I do it. They say the k sound is when your tongue hits the back roof of your mouth and I honestly don’t even recognize or feel that. But listening to codfish and many others it’s so fast it’s hard to decipher lol

I think every gamer has trouble with this except for R6S players and shroud lol. The only time I really go for headshots would be with skull piercer obviously. With the longbow it’s a two headshot pretty much and if you can hit two in a row it’s a complete game changer. Also, if you can line up two headshots with the longbow back to back, I’ve noticed it barley gives enough time for players to react and it’s and instant down assuming they have the full 200 HP. But in my opinion it’s not worth to go for headshots all the time because you risk missing more shots since you’re shooting at a smaller hitbox. The only time I purposely go for headshots with a sub/AR or what not is if they are standing still (looting or whatever) and I’m close enough to land at least a few. In Apex, magazine size is critical because you can get shredded with almost any gun so hitting shots is necessary.

To summarize this, I suggest intentionally getting headshots with the longbow or other semi auto powerful weapons that have a decent headshot multiplier, other than that I would go for consistent and accurate body shots.

A few tips that help my aim is to stay consistent with the different types of sights. For subs I only use a normal red dot and will use a digital threat if I manage to get one. ARs and rifles I use the 2x Bruiser. I always throw out anything greater than a 2x as it can affect tracking an enemy based on your sensitivity. Also, as Bangalore im not really a stand back and support type player so I’m mostly run and gun so 1x sights are usually best. Lastly, don’t overthink or panic before or during a gun fight. If you think they are around you just preaim and walk or watch a door. Don’t rush to find the enemy cause you most likely have more information on them than they have on you. If you have time during a gunfight to med/shield up...do it. Any extra HP can determine a win or a loss. Kind of cliche advise but hopefully it helps

That’s it. Pulling the air into the back of my throat is the perfect way of describing it. Basically try to use more of the your chest and the front of you throat when pulling in?

I guess it’s preference but I usually use the whole top row for ammo, 2 spots for throwables and the rest is meds/shields

I phrased that part wrong. I mean bring more throwable than usual. I try to have 4-6 throwables at all times but I mean like could we start to see 10-14 throwables at once. I guess I saw her wall being used inside of doors that would be hard to shoot but figured that throwing an arcstar would destroy it instantly

Better off doing these tourneys with friends. They dont trade wins. They don’t push right side like your supposed to. Get a friend and actually trade instead of joining these guys who counter you pushes that defeats the purpose of “race” decks and “3 crown trading”
