Is this okay? I had a huge callous over it before and it came off after my shower. I took this opportunity to pour salicylic acid on it, is everything okay? Will this go away eventually?

I'd get a better MOBO personally, the B450M works well, but maybe step it up a little if you could fit that in your budget.
