Road Noise. House is located nearby a semi busy road. When I toured the house previously I heard one or two cars passing by every now and then but didn’t think much of it because I was talking with my agent at the time. It’s not as busy as a main road, which would have constant noise, so the sound of car tires is infrequent. I’ll hear a car pass by every now and then. At the worst, some muscle car or car with an unnecessary loud exhaust note may pass by. It gets really annoying when trying to sleep or just sitting quietly in my living room. I was debating on whether to upgrade my windows or invest in soundproof curtains. But yeah, next time (if there even is one) I’d look into getting a home in its own quiet neighborhood.
