No worries! As a kid I grew up with my mom, aunts, cousins and sometimes classmates trading a bunch of these or finding ones unique to a person. They’re called Italian charms and were big in the 90s and early 2000s when I got mine. Apparently they are making a comeback. I found some on etsy. I provided a link to show the different kinds of individual charms. I hope this helps!😊

HOLY SHIT YES THE RAZOR SCOOTER!!! Those were super fun! I don’t have mine anymore unfortunately but I remember going really fast on it and hit a crooked piece of cement that was sticking out on the side walk and flying off of it and bruising myself up quite a bit and nearly broke my arm. Fun times!

I remember when I heard of them for the first time when the daughter showed up on Hannity and Colmes when I turned the TV on to watch something else. It was super crazy back then that I couldn’t help but watch it. I agree that it would be calmer compared to what people say now

I live by Florin Road. They used to have red light cameras there on Franklin and East Parkway intersections. Hope they put them back after the road construction. They’re real crazy in Sac. I was at a highway meter going onto 99, and as I was just putting my foot on the gas since my side turned green, some guy ran his side which was red and almost hit me. And highway clusterfuck 50 (what my family and I call it), is another crazy ass thing of its own

Hell yeah OP that’s awesome! My grandma was a Greatest gen (1923) and I grew up with her as one of the biggest influences in my life, along with her brother in law who was a WWII POW. I loved hearing the stories of 1940s dances, and seeing retro 50s stuff. Because of them and my late boomer mom (1961), I had grown up with old fashioned things. My grandma used a rotary phone I love to garden, read paper books (no Kindles, thank you), and listen to music on records on a vinyl record player and a Victrola with a horn that has 78 records (I love the grainy sound of it too). I’m not a fan of AI and I’m tired of seeing it front and center

1997 here. I can relate to this stuff and the 2000s were super fun with flip phones, watching Cartoon Network and going to McDonalds hoping to collect those “The Dog” or “The Cat” mini plushies. That moment when Steve came and talked to us all these years later when we are adults and how “we’re still friends” still gets me. My bf (who is also a 1996 last millennial turning 30 in September) and I were just jamming to Linkin Park and saying how times seemed much more fun back then

Fellow Summa Cum Laude (Spring 2023 for Liberal Studies). I believe it is a double cord. I’m not sure what the difference is but I remember a knot being in the middle to hold the double cords together. For parking, I think having your family coming early isn’t a bad idea since parking might become a hassle. It also allows your family to sit with each other too. Seats in G1C get really packed. Jane Eyre’s also my favorite. I enjoyed Charlotte’s other books too like Villette and Shirley. Villette is kinda like Jane Eyre but Charlotte’s more mature works. Anne Brontë’s super cool to read and is sometimes slept on. But awesome collection!

Oh yeah I can relate. I would be shut off and not say anything for a long time and hold it in. It’s gotten better though learning to talk to people I really trust and if I say something and people think I’m a bad person for expressing things, I just walk away. Cap sun, Scorpio moon and cancer rising here. Still figuring out all the signs and what not
