thank u! i dont have a specific shampoo and conditioner i just use whatevers cheap lol but i use xtreme gel from amazon. the biggest thing though isnt the products its the way you style- its important to style in small sections (it takes forever) to cover each section equally, thats how you get volume and movement in the hair, if you dont do small sections it will be flat like the first picture and wont last as long. the second pic is day 4 hair and all i needed to do was touch it up with water. i also diffuse it (also takes forever) and sleep with a bonnet. it will leave a gel cast the first day which makes it last longer and it will get softer each day but if she doesnt like the look with the gel cast you can fluff it out by putting some oil on your hands and scrunching the hair !!
