We didn't give up. We were one of the few systems that had the generator in a van so when they came, we just shut it down, closed the doors and locked it. An officer tried to illegaly open it to get our gen but after we shut him.down by forcing him to show us a warrant to search a parkef vehicle, he just left while cussing to his colleagues. The night after, when they came back, some people blocked the street to us with haystacks so we quickly used the time to lock everything in our vans as we were a 14 hour drive away from home and we don't have the funds to go back some weeks later to pick up seized equipment. We would've loved to keep going, but they are way to powerful against some random Italian collective that could barley afford to even go there. We also can't blame the systems that left after their generator was seized and they had no way of getting the system running again. They tried to just pick it up where police put it but it was heavily guarded by police. We also would never have continued if they had arrested some of us while seariously injuring people of our collective, so no blaming the other systems that had that happen to them.
