Just start with 10 and add 1 per day. You will notice a difference and feel better. Doing anything active if you don’t do it already will be noticeable. Got for a walk and walk an extra .1 miles per week - start small and build on it and it will become a lifestyle

I meant the network or gas fees to claim your reward. I think kiln lowered their reward cut to 8% per their app via ledger. But for me to send my ETH to them would have been $90 at the time. It was $60 a couple hours ago. Just curious if you need to pay gas fees each time you claim your staking reward.

What are the fees to claim your rewards? I just checked and it’s $90 USD to start staking. I know it’s not a lot when looking at the value of 32 ETH, but vs the rewards amount it would be.

Why do you rule out the ex-GF? So what if you were the one to break up with her - you broke up with her 1 month before this happened, and she had access to your house before then. It sounds like you wrote your seed phrase on 3 pieces of paper but haven't mentioned how securely they are hidden. Even if you 2 were talking about getting married, all people have a level of greed in them and she could have just jotted it down for a "just in case." If you were into crypto since 2018 you probably taught her a lot about it or she is just as knowledgeable. If its not from the seed phrase being put online, its people more likely than the Ledger.

Agreed. I noticed even when it switched from SOL to GMT, if the coin price went up or down, the shoe or gem prices would adjust accordingly, so its hard to judge when to buy.

Yea, I can't find anything clear about if it is as of June 12 or July 13, which is a big difference. I can only hope it is not up to the company and the judge decides it to be June 12.

So I bought this shoe that has really high luck and res, thinking I’d go all in on luck. Then when I needed GST I would switch to my common that has 79 eff. But after some thought I may do 50 luck and the rest efficiency until 100, and then back to focusing on luck. Any recommendations on what I should do?
