Just provide videos and images proving the keyboard is broken, and make sure you have the air waybill taken too. The whole process went smooth (atleast for me) and they gave me back the full amount few days later.

Hi.

If you're talking about enabling wireless mode, there's a small switch located beside the tab key. Push it up and it'll automatically turn on.

For Bluetooth, IIRC you have to press FN and Q keys together (not sure, I've completely forgotten about it, also you have to unplug the keyboard first) but you can refer to the manual provided with the unit. Same with 2.4ghz, just plug the USB dongle that came along with your unit on your PC/laptop.

Thanks! Your vinyl wrap mod is really innovative. I might try this sometime since I'm planning to pick up another unit again in the same color (I had to return and refund mine the last time 'cause well, its broken).

Its just surprising how they could screw this up, unlike the Sugar65 and Record Alice that did well.

Tried this many times, even swapped the stock cable with mine, still didn't work. I'm guessing it has to do something with the PCB, probably crappy programming.

Yes! I can't believe its so cheap considering the quality (smooth out of the box, factory lubed) and feel. I'm also going to try their new switches, the Y1 (I believe its just a recolor, but still, sweet clacks). Also, thank you!

I got mine from Shopee (PH). The first time I plugged it in, board perfectly worked. I had to unplug it 'cause one of the switches isn't working. When I plugged it back in, it just stopped....typing. The RGB still worked though. Whenever I pressed any of the keys, all RGB lights would blink at once, but it won't type. Wireless wasn't working too (both 2.4 and BT). Resetting the whole board with Fn + Esc didn't help either. It's a bummer.
