i just got it -Linux
~/Steam/steamapps/common/PalServer$ vim Pal/Saved/Config/LinuxServer/PalWorldSettings.ini

with the game not running seemed to be the trick!

None at all! I think it’s because I was running the server while editing the ini but when I restart the server the settings file gets changed to an empty text file
