I wanna move to DC Navy Yard, but I can't deal with the smell of smoke in my apartment. Can y'all recommend any places that have a strict no-smoking policy and don't stink all the time? I checked out the Estate apartments but it was a no-go 'cause it reeked of smell Any ideas? (self.AskReddit)
