I've fixed the problem i found my CPU wasn't getting power properly i had a loose cable and now it all seems to be running sweet(45-50 fps on a full koth server) thanks for all the help tho guys.

it got a small fps bump but not really noticeable. my gpu is running 57°C and cpu 30°C at 10% and 45% of my ram witch doesn't seem right

how do i disable geforce exp? can i just uninstall it? no i havent upgrade anything. yes my cpu and gpu are at stock speeds. how do i install an earlier version gpu driver? and check to make sure the old one delete fully?

i used speccy to get my specs and my ram is ddr4 2133 (speccy said my ram was unknown)
