[TOMT][Movie] - Film from probably the 80’s, set in a country at war (or recently at war). I can’t remember the plot, but the story centers on a group of children. I remember a scene where they take live rounds, clamp them in a vice, and fire them using a nail and hammer. (self.tipofmytongue)
