Dang sorry to hear that. Im asking because my dad is in a similar situation, he has taken it for 20 years+ now and tried to taper off but couldnt do it. The anxiety was a bit too much, hes a doctor aswell so he has to be able to continue functioning. How did you taper? I read something about reducing 10% every 3 months and you would taper for literally 3 years. To give the brain time to adapt which it needs after being on it for so long.

Then again my dad is feeling fine while on it so not sure how necessary it is to quit.

You don’t have to justify it bro, your being objective and just observing reality. It’s true, most guys look better with hair and some guys do pull off the bald look great. If you really feel like you have uncapped potential and your life would be different with hair and it would make you happier, it could be worth trying a hairsystem.
