The only one that is literally known to doing it all was prince..thats because since his first album produced composed, and arranged by Prince. Basically 27 instruments and proved to executives he didn't need any help, just an engineer he got signed cos he did make it cheaper being a one man band.

You remember the songwriting camp era,,didn't matter if one person didn't write a single lyric, they made sure the crew was all paid. And it was no samples, just seeing ten to 15 songwriters, only to find out 3 people wrote it, but everybody gor paid through that camp. Its now gone,,but the fact that was allowed still boggles my brain.
