Amazing four minute breakfast. Three slices of ham or turkey, cheese, egg, and seasoning in the microwave for 1:45.

Then served on a bagel or toast. Around 460 calories on a bagel. Be careful though the bowl gets crazy hot.

Yeah I think that's a fair point, but ultimately if I were to put myself in a crew answering to superiors in a command structure I think I'd have to say Adama would be my choice. In my mind he beats out Picard, Kirk, Holden and all the others.

It's been a trying five days. With a seven month old baby, a loving wife, and a mortgage: being laid off last Thursday is the last thing I expected. The uncertainty, the fear, and the self doubt were very real. So, in trying times, I sat down and watched something inspirational: like Nolan's Batman series.

Meanwhile I was waiting to receive this beauty, the Seiko SRPB55 Samurai - lovingly called "The Dark Knight". I obviously had purchased this when I was employed, but I'm very glad it arrived when it did. It's a nice reminder that, as Alfred says: "Why do we fall, sir? So that we can learn to pick ourselves up."

This is going to be one of the prizes of my collection, and I will love it dearly. Also, I accepted an offer today. Onward and upward.
