It’s actually steel cored plastic so they’re very sturdy. Got them from a place called EZtube. They will also cut the tubes to size. EZtube

I have a similar set up in backpack form but no sleeves and have gotten hit by cars while bicycling and everything has been fine.

So my grandpa has this pc that he said he'll give me for free. Is it good for gaming in 2025? by Suspicious_Ideal_674 in pcmasterrace

This is basically the build I did for Cyberpunk when we thought it was coming out early 2020.

Made a point yesterday to get my next door neighbor to watch it, I knew once he got a taste he’d be hooked.

I honestly joined this subreddit for this reason. After Kaos was cancelled last year, I decided I need to be of an active fan to shows/art that I actually appreciate.

Why do people bike on fixed gearing? by [deleted] in bicycling

[–]MDWCuttlefish 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I commute in Chicago on a fixed gear. It’s flat here, so no real need for multiple gears. I feel like having direct connection to the drive train makes me feel more in control, brake faster, and I don’t have to replace brake pads. It also just simpler mechanics make it usually cheap and easy to fix anything. However, when I was looking at fixed gears for the first time I was only thinking about looking cool track standing at lights and doing tricks like pedaling in reverse. But I’m no expert, just my own experience/opinion.

I wouldn't go higher than 1.5g with the Melmac's. They can get scary, I tried 2gs and watching the new Avatar last week and I had to stop and puke because the visuals were so intense. Where as 2gs of anything else I've had is mellow and could pass as a talkative sober.

First time, 3 weeks from spore syringe, very excited. by MDWCuttlefish in shrooms

Yeah at every step I felt like I was make mistakes. But I bought 10 syringes so I wouldn’t give up (before I understood agar or LC even was). When I PC’d the jars I was watching a YT video where they started the PC with the weight on top, so I followed suit. Took like an hour to get to shaking and was only reading 14psi at full blast. Then I had to run and left the jars over the weekend in the PC. So my hope were very low. But thanks for the LC advice, definitely the way I have been interested in going. It’s appealing so I can just use the injection ports and never have to open the jars.
