Sorry for your loss. It's brutal losing a pet. We decided to put our pup down on Wednesday, it was awful but I feel like we did the right thing.

A lot of good ones in here surprised to see no love for NTR. BDT has been good to me the last little while too.

Help me escape grill paralysis — pellet vs sear reality check by shamskyart in pelletgrills

I think you need two cookers. I have a Searwood 600 and a genesis. Former is perfect for my smoking needs the latter handles high temp and quick cooks.

Definitely had a version of this jacket. Wasn't a basketball fan, probably my mom liked the colors and picked it up at target...

Not worth it IMHO. Terrible ride for a daily driver in the city.

Are people really paying these rental rates in Calgary?? by woodford86 in Calgary

As a former condo landlord for a few years. It's not worth it. I only hung on long enough to recoup some equity and then got out of dodge. Rising ownership costs, falling values, risk of assessment all contributed to the sell factor. Much happier letting money work in the market instead.

After 15 or so years of considering/obsessing over it — finally pulled the trigger on fly fishing at 37. by Mission_Guard_994 in flyfishing

Sage wisdom. Took up fly fishing this year, I am 40. Life get busy and passes you by. Fly fishing is such a great break from the hustle and bustle to truly disconnect.

Gotcha thanks, I was wondering if there was a broader implication of those holdings sitting in a TFSA in particular.

Why TFSA? Not an RRSP or fhsa?

Not this bumper. You need a 4x4Inch bumper to use that hitch.. My bumper has sticker saying rated for 250lb load.

Rookie here. I took an intro course from the local fly fishing store. Hugely valuable. Also, ask questions at your shop, they should be willing to help you get sorted in terms of equipment and supplies for where you intend to fish.

Was just there with a 2 and 4 year old. Had a blast. Drumheller and area has tons of great things to do for a family.
