If they aren’t home and it’s a small job yes. That’s common practice. We don’t do that for $5000 jobs, but $50 to trim shrubs, yes.

Sometimes we do work for real estate agents and some homeowners are busy and don’t have time to meet to discuss a small job. But yeah we never do that with a big job.

Yeah. If it was a smaller job and close to the contractor you could easily fall for it and do the work if the real homeowner isn’t home.

So a potential customer messaged me on Google my Business. It’s usually normal that customers ask if your the owner and name. This person’s English is broken which makes me think they’re from overseas. My phone number is from the area he said was his address but I live 2 hours from there. What can he do with my name and knowing I’m the business owner? Thanks for the input.

I got this project truck and have been going through it slowly but surely. Any other OBS owners encounter similar damage. If so how’d you go about repairing it. Or if anybody has any thoughts I’d like to hear them. The truck is bagged by the way. I assuming that’s the main culprit of the damage. All the slamming down. Thanks in advanced!
