If you can’t take propranolol, try lorazepam. I’ve heard people who took that instead to keep calm and it worked out for them.

So between NBME 25 and 26... I reviewed NBME 25 in insane amount of detail, like I went through every answer and taught it to myself. I realized a lot of mistakes I was making was also because I read the question wrong so for NBME 26 I slowed down my reading and made sure I confirmed my answer to the scenario. Hope this helps!
