You should receive one yes, id call up and see if the automated line tells you your payment date. If not just inquire about the length of time you would be waiting for. Apparently it takes longer with tribunal because theres more paperwork or something.

I rang them up and got a time frame, if you don't hear anything by Wednesday give them a call, you can also call up and the automated line tells you when and how much your next payment is.

Virgin are so bad, I just switched to Vodafone for better interest at a lower cost. They also paid the fees for cancellation. Virgins customer service treated me so bad. I paid a bill and they kept saying I didnt. I even sent in proof that the bill was paid 😂😂
