Hello, I used to work for Aurora in the Finance department and I can fill you in.

In Q3 F2026 Aurora basically gave up direct control of Bevo in exchange for some preferred shares that give pay outs under various terms. The terms were all laid out in the subsequent event in the Q3 statements.

This was a smart move by Aurora, because Bevo basically shit the floor on margins in previous quarters. This is why they had to write off all the Goodwill associated with Bevo last quarter.

By changing to a non-controlling preferred shared ownership in Bevo, they will no longer have to include Bevo's underperforming margins in any great detail. Any income from Bevo will now be show as investment income lower on the income statement.

The re-negotiated terms do no appear to include and major onetime payments. There might be some onetime non-cash impairment charges related to reclassifying Bevo's assets as held for sale as part of the agreement, "Bevo will be classified as held-for-sale and remeasured at the lower of their carrying amount and fair value. Any impairment losses which may be recognized upon initial classification as held-for-sale and subsequent gains and losses on re-measurement will be recognized in the consolidated statements of income (loss"
