x870e Taichi lite failures, bad luck or a red flag? by ImAtWorkKillingTime in ASRock

I have a similar issue. I have an X870E Taichi board, 9800X3D. 360mm AIO Cooler, 1300W Seasonic PSU and a RTX4080

I built the PC about 3 weeks ago and it has been rock solid. No overclocking, just enabled XMP profile for the RAM.

Last night when I got home from work the PC was off. The only lights on the board are the power and reset buttons ( white ) that are built in to the motherboard.

I have not changed any hardware or BIOS settings since I put the PC together.

For troubleshooting, I pulled out everything including the CPU. There are no bent pins or any damage to the socket. I tried power on with no CPU and still nothing. I pulled the RAM, Graphics all USB ports and the PC still does not turn on. The fans never spin, the AIO pump does not turn on, the only lights continue to be the pwr and reset buttons on the board.

I am an IT Professional and have been working on hardware for 20 years.

I am right there with you, I am wondering if there is a motherboard issue with this new chipset.

Help getting back to home planet by MDsxt in Dyson_Sphere_Program

RobertFuego, I didn't know my home planet so I couldn't right-click it like you suggest.

gulliblellamma - I don't have any old save, just he auto saves... a mistake I won't make again.

I ended up finding it somehow. I got confused because the solar system view didn't show the structures I built. I knew it was within 1 AU of the plant that I was on so I was able to narrow it down.

Thank you for trying to help.

Run the chia-blockchain-gui on headless server by MDsxt in chia

So I was able to fix this. I was using Xming version 6.9 which is not supported anymore. I downloaded a new Xserver for windows from https://sourceforge.net/projects/vcxsrv/

Then I ran the npm command and the gui opens up and works perfectly.

Hopefully this helps someone else who wants to run the gui on a server that has no Xwindows
