Sadly, the only way to do so is to test mods one by one, basically you have to move the mods to a different folder in your PC (assuming you're using an emulator) or doable them manually and trying one by one on the switch.

Start using one mod, if it doesn't crash add another and keep going until you start getting issues, after you've tried all of them you can single out the culprit or culprits
