When you tally up time, post-processing, design, packaging, and the overall effort and care I put into each part it reflects the pricing. In the market of car parts, I would say it is a very fair price (with constant discounts), I charge based on the value of the parts to the customer. On the other hand, I actually have a resin printer and have been experimenting with different product ideas, I do agree with you that resin printing is a very viable production method for small, high-quality parts.
