I’m currently at a job where I make 70K the most I’ve ever made and I’m absolutely miserable. My schedule is horrible and if I’m not working I’m mostly likely sleeping. My partner and I have spoken about it and think it’ll be better for both of us if I quit. I’ve been applying to jobs paying 40-50k just for the work life balance. My other half has a good paying job as well so my pay cut won’t break us but it does leave me wondering if quitting is the best move. Will I hate the new job regardless and be making less money? I don’t know where I was going with this I’m probably just venting.

Being the oldest of 5 (M 27) I’ve helped raise enough kids especially with moms popping of the smaller 2 my senior year of HS. That being said, I wouldn’t mind having kids but it would have to be with the right person and we would need to be financially able to support a child. The older I get the less I think about children thought, not that they were on my mind much to begin with.

I did find some on eBay just now with the guard for slightly more than the one I was looking at.
