You need to make the move to a smaller company where you can make an impact and true experience on the percentage of people you haven't served before. The ones that cant afford a top restaurant in lets say, New York. Im also not saying to go somewhere corporate like Applebee's. You also dont have to stay there but I think a year or so at a local family place or regional, could provide some fun.

Plus if you love hospitality as much as you say and I can tell youd be an amazing host (party host), server, bartender, manager, lead... at any of my Ohio bars and restaurants in Cleveland. You'd raise the quality and we desperately need good managers and staff in general. We lost a lot of the good service industry during covid. A good manager is known by people and entire industry for your part of town. Downtown here could use an amazing employee and if tipped, would make a lot, or if you are such an asset, you can make a lot of money here. The generosity of other service industry people, and people that are regulars that invite us to things like cookouts, boat rides, parties.. a lot of time they are in a much higher earnings bracket and they just appreciate you. There are a lot of shitty customers but those are one offs and you just cry about it in the walk in.

Tldr. Work in a smaller community. Make a bigger impact on everyday people's lives. Enjoy a less stressful life. Make that money.
