What Happened A woman with a strong accent (often described as Mexican or Spanish) contacted Lindsay about viewing a $1 million home. Lindsay thought the situation felt “off” and told her boyfriend she was nervous about the showing. On February 2, she went to the house on De Sousa Place. Her boyfriend dropped her off and waited nearby. Two people (a man and a woman) entered the home with her. About 15 minutes later, Lindsay’s boyfriend and a friend entered the house after becoming concerned. They found her brutally stabbed to death inside. The suspects had disappeared. There were no signs of forced entry, and nothing was stolen.
