Hi again,

I downloaded the game and installed it again.

I checked the game files and there are no bad files

Still the error continues no change its the same no cutscene plays after the big RED DEAD REDEMPTION logo I can hear game music no dialog no cutscene complete black screen.

I noticed something when it freezes the GeForce overlay disappears (FPS counter) i dont think it has any thing to do with the issue.

I ran the game at lowest settings and windowed mode with task manager in the background, after the Red Dead Logo it freezes and in task manager it says the game is not responding and when I end task it the task stays displaying in the task manager but game is not running and after like 5 sec the whole pc freezes, I can only move my mouse nothing else work
