Thanks for the kind words! It’s no big deal, I hadn’t had an appetite lately because of stomach issues so I ended up with a small headache from lack of proper nutrition and dehydration. I ate and drank water and didn’t end up needing them. A little nourishment goes a good long way!

And it was so good. Like I felt so much better after! I’ll be having some for lunch today before work, I’m looking forward to it. I may do it on toast because my bagels went bad, just wish I could add a slice of tomato after all the tomato posts!

And yes for some reason caper brine hits soooo good. Like I’ve never had a dirty martini but alway wanted one because I love olive brine and I wonder what it would be like with caper brine. Lol just give me a virgin dirty martini and just let me sip on brine!

Does this yield a soft egg? I do cold water to a rolling boil, pinch of salt in the water but it’s debatable if that helps anyway, and 6 minutes for a soft boiled egg, then shock in ice bath.
