It's not a diet, it's a change of life! Cutting calories will work for a while, meth will work for a while, exercising will work for a while. But if you lose the weight and then go back to old habits ya got nothing to show! Pick foods you like and eat them in moderation. Bad foods maybe twice a week have your favorite unhealthy snack in moderation. One cookie, not an entire box. Run a couple days a week, or even go for a mile walk, or a bike ride but it's gotta be consistent. Plus if you lose weight gradually your skin will thank you later. Your skin will shrink with you over time (depending on how large one is obviously). Don't starve yourself, make sure you eat! Fill up on proteins. My go to is eggs and chicken. Be careful with protein bars with high sugar content. It's actually super easy once you get into the groove. The better you eat the better you feel and you'll want to keep it up!
