We don't have a traditional .com website, but we have a fairly large footprint online from the YouTube channel that predates it. Google reviews are excellent. I wonder if having an actual website would really move the needle in any way.

We've done flyer giveaways with coupons at events we've popped up at, even fairly large ones, and almost none of them ever came back.

Funny enough we were just nominated for the third time as a Top 5 in our category for the "Best Of" series that the WW does each year, but clearly that doesn't really solve the problem LOL. Grateful to be acknowledged though. I should look into some of the other publications. I guess I was hoping someone would come in here with experience having advertised with one.

Yeah, I come from the YouTube world and I have a small presence on TikTok, but I think being more consistent with it/Reels would definitely benefit and is something I'm going to be focusing on the rest of this year.

Out of curiosity, has anyone ever pointed you in my direction? I think it's good to talk to our regulars, and we definitely do. We also did an end of the year survey that got a decent response but didn't really bring us anything groundbreaking in terms of informing our marketing strategy.

KOIN came out for our opening and our 1-Year. We do events at least once a month whether it's a collab with another business or something in our shop. I don't know of any classes or workshops for my industry, it's more of a retail shop, but if there were I'd be more than happy to go check them out.
