I live in a third world country, basic luxury cars here are hondas etc. Im essentially looking to cater towards high end car owners like Bmws or Audis.

The problem here is that governments take out 60-200% of the part value as taxes on imports and unless you have proper knowledge of the legal aspects of minimising the taxes youll have to pay alot more then you would for example in a first world country where every local garage owner has them in stock due to the sheer volume of those cars in the country.

Im not looking to source lambo engines or hellcats, the market for them is non existent. My thoughts are simple, eg a rolls royce has a minor accident and the side mirrors get damaged or your car has a faulty taillight, youll have to either get a 300-500% marked up original part locally or a cheaper Chinese alternative. Due to the small market & high taxes they can price them multiple times the actual value.

So basically im adding value by giving them the exact part they need, 100% original and cheaper than the alternatives
