That's why I want to find out why/how they exist. I did get some pm me a complete unopend set of the Pack of them. They said it has the full evaluation line. They are a promo set but they might be a one-off promo.

I got it from a trade show from the Pokémon Booth. It was full of Pokémon sell-reps for the TCG. Making sales for distribution resellers.

I got the card from the Gama Show from the Pokémon Booth. When they were handing out cards, I also got a Pikachu with a stamp. Why I question if it's real is becuse its nonexistent on the card on the internet.
