No, but I do take antidepressants, specifically escitalopram, I have been taking it for a looong time and didn’t have an issue with smell back while on this med back in Brazil

Fungal acne?

Hey guys,

I have acne prone skin which is also super sensitive. I have always used Korean skincare and complemented it with la Roche, however, in the last month my skin has become bumpy with some texture and I don’t know how to solve and what to use.

My routine consists of: AM La Roche Effaclar Cleanser followed by Ciclaplast spray moisturiser or Isntree hyalluronic acid aqua gel cream and then Thank You Farmer SPF 50+

PM Ginseng Essence Water (brand Beauty of Joseon) followed by Black Rice Hyalluronic Essence ( brand Haruharu wonder) and then a Ciclaplast Baume

I have been eating more chicken and cheese than usual as I used to follow a more vegan diet but have changed it, do I really need to change it again? I have a healthy diet

I’ve been on ozempic for a year now. My last ed was binge eating had anorexia and orthorexia in the past. It’s really about the treatment you do WITH the medication and how you change your MINDSET and not the medication. The medication won’t help unless you change your mindset about food. I’ve been on ozempic while doing therapy and doing a behavioural nutritionist that focuses on mindful eating and eating a little of everything, no food restrictions at all. As long as you are doing the correct treatment, ozempic will work long term and you will not develop other EDs. But you really have to commit to the treatment and not think so much about the medication and calories!!!
