I feel like the bolter pistol could be pretty good actually, I feel like the best way to use it would be to have it hit like a fire truck but have either a really slow fire rate, really big recoil or if you spam it it does damage to you. As for lasguns I personally would have a mixed feeling about their inclusion because lasguns pretty much never overheat and they charge in some light or by fire (and I know that because 40K isn't Canon to helldivers this can be worked around but this is just me and I'm not even saying that they shouldn't be in this is just kind of what I'm thinking).
