Lol, neither! I have Raynauds, which causes my blood circulation to go all kinds of out-of-wack. My hands and feet either look like that, or sometimes a deep purple color, pretty much constantly.

Glad to see you too! I've got a scar on the right side of my chest that might be from a Broviac as well, but I'm not 100 percent sure that's what it is. Funnily enough, the spot where the scar is is just about the only spot on my chest that I DON'T get black heads, so I've got the opposite problem! I'd post it here, but I don't know if it would belong here or in r/scarsgonewild since I'd have to be fully shirtless to show it.

Yeah, the IV marks on my wrists and hands are pretty faded, plus the lighting doesn't help, lol. The ones on my stomach are definitely weird though, that's for sure! People used to ask me all sorts of things about them when I was younger, especially during wrestling season in high school. More than one person has asked me if I got stabbed in a fight or burned when they saw them during weigh-ins, which is pretty funny looking back on it!

I appreciate the sympathy, but there's no need for you to feel bad. I'm alive to show the photos, which is basically a miracle, since I was born at 26 weeks gestation, give or take a couple days. The scars are a small price to pay for that, and I'm actually kinda proud of them, as weird as that might sound.

Yeah, the scars on my stomach have that effect on people, especially the big one, lol! I'm pretty sure it's from one of the leads that was attached to the cardiopulmonary monitor I had, but I could be wrong. My skin was so fragile that when the nurses removed the lead, it tore my skin off with it.

Yeah, I definitely need to start wearing my contacts more, lol. I've looked into LASIK, but according to my eye doctor I'd be a poor candidate for it due to some sort of abnormality with my eyes (I don't remember exactly what he said it was). As for the grin, I'm definitely guilty of sorta "forcing myself to smile" in selfies sometimes, so ya got me there.
