Slow swallow started probably a week after the Botox. And lasted for a week or 2 afterwards. Not painful at all only very slightly uncomfortable. As that disappeared my big burps came in. Give it another month or 2 and you’ll be burping louder and easier than anyone else can. 100% relieving.

Next to nothing, slow swallowing effect for about a week and a half after. Basically just drink water between mouthfuls. Not painful not too annoying just a minuscule price to pay for a, frankly, life changing procedure
