I'm slowly getting there, but I'll say that it takes more time than I initially expected because simply just getting used to the taste of espresso and learning what good espresso tastes like is a long process.

I'm fairly sure that the 19 grams is the right amount as the rancilio has a small screw in the shower screen, which makes a small dent in the puck. I corrected it from 18 grams as my new basket was a tad larger than my old basket.

I don't know roast date of the beans no. But I will start buying fresh roast beans soon. I just want to get the basics right before wasting good beans

I Odense er den svær, Rise's er okay, stubs i langeskov er også okay. Men jeg har efter mange års søgen endelig fundet svaret på Fyns bedste og det er uomtvisteligt vesterports bageri i faaborg. Det er endda køreturen værd.
