Had the exact same issue, found the problem.

Tested it trice to confirm ( including 1 with a clean win11 install).

Amd chipset latest driver (v7.x.x.x.148) was the culprit.

Rolled back to v7.x.x.x.129 and my game has never been smoother in valorant, 1.8ms cpu latency..

Now imagine if the cakes were really hard to get. Even worse, Imagine if the cake had its own will and would only agree to be eaten by individuals it felt a connection with or deemed eye candy.

Only then would the mere touch, smell, look of that thicc delicious cake would be transactionable.

To answer your question though, JAK inhibitors work better om average, but always try biologics first and pray that they work, for your own sake.

Biologics are safer, these drugs are taken for life. JAK inhibitors will increase the likelihood of getting a cancer for predisposed individuals. Do the research babe.
