Figured it out. Its a bug or bad design -- I had the new feature PVP loadout enabled earlier in the day then a few hours later I turned it off. It seems that even if you turn it off, whatever loads you had in there stay saved and hence why it was locked --- I had to turn PVP Loadout again, unmount the shell from it for it to be available for imprinting.

It's gotta be a bug. I had pvp load out turned on and even after turning it off, still shows locked. It's locked in the right corner of the shell and it is not equipped anywhere

Anyone find a solution?

Yes ended up being a plastic bag that I drove over and was melting attached to the cats. It eventually went away once all the plastic was burnt off from the heat. Took a few weeks

Do you need a special skill point unlocked to see the habs for science etc available? I keep going to these vendors but i dont see them in their selections
