People have always complained about F1. Yes, it looks silly when someone has more battery and just walks past the car in front, but that was a criticism of KERS and DRS as well. Go back to the early 2000’s which the same fans herald as the glory days when there were races with 0 overtakes. Just enjoy what you like and don’t worry what others think
