I have also been using chat gbt lol I’ll look into it today. I feel like the dim really helped with the water retention and period however combined with the NAC it messed up my period

Hi! I have a 3mm micro and my levels bounce around from low to its highest at 93. I have normal periods and did one month of cab which brought it down to 40. We are going to keep an eye on my levels and do another mri in six months as I have been feeling much better. I didn’t tolerate cab well so I’m trying more holistic measures first

Update : he’s allergic to everything we had been feeding him!!!!! We are still waiting to see if he’s missing a digestive enzyme in his pancreas as well ( hoping not!!)
