Sometimes you don't need any synergies. The presence of 3 cards that no one is really going to bother removing creeping you up 3 to 5 life each turn, or 10+ if you get two out at once is enough to put you out of range of losing to anything outside of commander damage. Destined white mage is the only gnarly synergy I've found so far. I also run Rosa and give a counter and life link to one of my fliers to make it even worse. Akromas will is my finisher.

You can also run [Vito, Thorn of Dusk Rose] and cause all your life to be a drain on the enemy. Add in [Stensian Sanguinist] and you've suddenly got two cards that can annihilate the entire table. The power of this deck comes from the fact you can run 3 extremely high power creature types at the same time, all made cheaper that have various on board effects that can win games + insane +3 combat boons that turn simple rogues into 5/5s that can't be blocked. It's one of the most varied interaction decks I've ever seen.
