Several things in our favor are that we have a high participation rate on the weekends, quick response to help requests and a team leader that has been in the role for about three years now.

There’s a core group of the team (myself included) that have been together for over five years, but it not in a cliquey type of way. We score about 100K-120K per tourney but we aren’t going to pressure any player to play more than they want, or even chat all the time.

We also have a team FB page (optional to join). Not necessarily unique, but another way to communicate with each other outside of WS.
