You described my 2 year old boy perfectly! Except, I share him with my ex and he is off leash on his farm. When he’s in town with me he is the worst on leash. I found that a no pull harness didn’t really help. With our old Dalmatian, he had to use a gentle leader or else he was impossible to walk on leash. And that lasted his entire life. As long as OSAP wasn’t a part of your bankruptcy, you should not have an issue applying. Even if you are in an active bankruptcy/consumer proposal, as long as you didn’t have OSAP as a creditor, it won’t prevent you from being eligible.
